First off I have to say if I was rating on customer service it would be 5 stars. My package was delayed somewhere and with a couple emails I was able to receive my package with no further delays. I tip my hat off to you. Now this is when stars began to fall. Upon opening my package I found this awesome piece of reel handle that looked amazing, only thing it was not what I ordered and from going by the fitting chart I thought it was compatible with my reel but unfortunately it was to small around the drag. I emailed customer services and they offered to exchange it for what was requested. Like I said amazing customer services. I did end up keeping the handle that was sent and put it on another reel that I have to say looks awesome. So 5 for and awesome looking handle along with customer services. Mix up in my order was where it feel short. All in all awesome product and I probably will still try my luck and order again. If your looking for something to upgrade you reel these are awesome handles don’t let my rating discourage your purchase it’s just what I experienced like I said I would order again.
