Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We sell all our products in the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, EU countries, and more.
Q: Do I pay for shipping?
A: Except for select products where indicated, we offer free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and also other countries and areas. For express shipping, we charge a $20 shipping fee.
Q: Where will my order be shipped from?
A: US orders will be shipped from China or US warehouses. For other countries, orders will be shipped from China.
All order processing time is 1-2 business days after order placement.
*Note: All orders with engraving services will be shipped from China and not be returnable.
Q: What shipping partners do you use?
A: In the United States, USPS or FedEx will deliver your Gomexus products to your door from our warehouse.
We work with different shipping carriers to ship orders to other countries.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Q: Can you expedite shipping?
A: It usually takes 1-2 business days for an order to process and ship out, then 2-3 business days for delivery to 48 contiguous states, and 10-20 business days for delivery to other countries. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite orders.
